      Chiang Mai a la Carte
      Last week the popular Pha Dok Siew Nature Trail in Doi Inthanon National Park reopened after almost five months. The Karen people of the village Ban Mae Klang Luang manage this trail and work as guides on the trail. It is a spectacular trail that runs along several steps of the magnificent Pha Dok Siew Waterfall. During the rainy season last year many stairs and bridges were damaged so the villagers closed the trail on October 15 for repairs. They scheduled the reopening to take place on December 25 but it took much longer. We look forward to hike the trail again soon. The pictures were taken during a hike last month and shows some of the new bridges and railings that were already finished. ... See MoreSee Less
